REAL is a brokerage built for agents. You keep more of what you earn, pay no monthly fees, and can build income well beyond your own sales. Here's how it works.

Keep More of Every Commission

85/15 split from day one. You keep 85% and REAL keeps 15%.

$12,000 annual cap. Once you've paid $12K to REAL in a year, you keep 100% of your commission for the rest of that year, minus a flat fee per deal.

Lower caps for teams: $6,000 for team members and $4,000 on qualifying larger teams.

No monthly fees, no desk fees.
